Enhance with AI improves clarity, useful detail and structure while preserving the prompt’s original intention. It is available only on ordinary prompts—not templates.
Eligible accounts can enhance each individual prompt up to five times. Each enhancement becomes part of that prompt’s iteration history; it does not provide five enhancements per day.
Prompt text is sent to OpenAI when you request an enhancement. Avoid including unnecessary personal, sensitive or confidential information.
Templates turn changing parts of a proven prompt into simple data fields. Template Station keeps them separate from ordinary prompts and displays saved templates as cards.
Start from scratch or search your existing prompts by text and category.
Place square brackets around every changing value, such as [Customer Name] or [Deadline].
Open the template, fill the fields on the left, review the completed prompt on the right and copy it to your AI model.
Write a professional email to [Customer Name] about [Product Model].
Ask them to respond before [Return Deadline] and quote [Case Reference].Creating a template from an existing prompt makes a separate template copy; your original prompt is not changed. AI enhancement is not available inside the template workflow.
Search titles and prompt content using memorable words or phrases.
Use broad subjects—such as Marketing, Coding or Customer Service—to give each prompt a main home.
Add several specific labels for purpose, audience, tone or AI model.
Combine search with category, tags, visibility and available sorting controls.
Mark useful public prompts so they are easier to return to.
All plans use the same search and filtering controls. Free stores up to 20 prompts, Plus up to 50, and Pro and Enterprise have unlimited prompt storage.
The gallery displays prompts that members have chosen to make public. Anyone can browse and search the gallery; visitors need a free account to open a prompt’s complete content.
Other people can copy public prompts. Making one private or deleting it later cannot retrieve copies already made outside Prompt Vault.
Enterprise includes up to five seats, including the owner. The owner can create or rename the team, invite people by email, resend or cancel pending invitations and remove members. Invitations expire after seven days. Team members receive Enterprise feature access through the owner’s team; only the owner manages membership.
Pro and Enterprise users can choose Export all prompts from Dashboard to download their library as a UTF-8 CSV file suitable for a spreadsheet or backup.
The export includes title, category, tags, prompt or template type, full content, visibility, iteration/view/copy counts and created and updated dates. It exports content belonging to the signed-in user; Prompt Vault does not currently provide a CSV import tool.
