Paddle handles our paid transactions.
Plus, Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are purchased through Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription changes and refunds.
01
Subscriptions and renewal
Prompt Vault offers Free, Plus, Pro and Enterprise plans. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The renewal price and any applicable tax are shown by Paddle during checkout.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your paid access normally continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account returns to the Free plan.
02
The five-day Plus trial
The five-day free trial applies only to new Plus subscriptions where it is offered at checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, Paddle will charge the payment method supplied at checkout and the monthly subscription will begin automatically.
You can cancel during the trial through Paddle’s customer portal. If cancelled before the first charge, no subscription payment should be taken.
03
How to cancel
- Sign in to Prompt Vault and open Account settings.
- Select Manage or cancel subscription.
- Complete the cancellation securely in Paddle’s customer portal.
You can also use the subscription-management link in Paddle’s confirmation email or visit Paddle buyer support.

Refunds
Except where applicable law provides otherwise, transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle reviews eligible statutory and discretionary refund requests under its current refund policy.
Consumers in some countries, including the UK and EU/EEA, may have statutory withdrawal rights. Eligibility can depend on location, purchase type, timing and whether the digital service has already been used. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Access associated with a refunded transaction may end when the refund is processed.
05
Requesting a refund
Submit refund requests directly to Paddle using one of these routes:
- The View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle email.
- The support link available from your Paddle billing details.
- paddle.net, selecting the refund request option.
Keep the transaction email address and order or transaction number available so Paddle can locate the payment.
