Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Prompt Vault (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these Terms for that organisation and confirm you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Keep credentials confidential; you’re responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, misuse, or legal reasons.

3. Plans & Billing

Plans include Free, Plus, Pro and Enterprise. Paid transactions are conducted by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription management and refunds. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Paddle’s applicable buyer terms for details.

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to prompts, templates, and other content you upload.
You grant us a limited license to host and process your content only to operate the Service.
You’re responsible for your content and must ensure it complies with applicable laws and these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

No illegal, infringing, or harmful content; no harassment or abuse.
Public content must follow our Community Guidelines and may be automatically checked or held for human review.
No reverse engineering, scraping, or bypassing technical protections.
No unauthorised reselling, sublicensing, or sharing of accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.

7. Availability & Support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Features, tiers, and limits may change. We provide support as described on our site.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid to us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £0 for Free users).

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

You may cancel at any time (see Refund & Cancellations). We may suspend or terminate for cause. Sections intended to survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We’ll post changes here and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use means you accept the changes.
